Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara	The resort has recently completed a soft refurbishment of its pool as part of the ongoing commitment to maintain and improve product offering. In addition, the exciting development of the two new 30 unit Lodges on the Island is underway with completion. The conference centre located on the adjacent plot to the resort will also be completed at the same time. Traders Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri	There is currently construction work taking place to create a car parking facility for the hotel. Work involves some construction noise however, all work will be carried out in normal working hours (08:00am till 05:00pm, daily). There are also several projects underway in the surrounding area. This includes work on the Fairmont Hotel, next to Traders Hotel. The hotel have been informed that there will be some construction noise from this work however, we are unable to confirm the hours of this work as this is not related to the property. There will be hoarding covering the area where most work is taking place so visual disruption should be kept to a minimum. During this time, the hotel will do their utmost to minimise disruption to guests. We will endeavour to locate your rooms away from the car park site. Jumeirah Beach Hotel	The hotel will start remodelling of their rooms. The project work is scheduled to commence on 70 of the rooms in the ‘North Wing’, from the 16th to 23rd floor. Please note that all other guest facilities such as our restaurants, Conference Centre, pools, Sinbad’s Kids Club, Pavilion Sports Club, beach and Marina are unaffected and will remain open for business as usual. Guests can also use their complimentary access to Wild Wadi Waterpark which has recently opened two additional thrilling rides. Every effort will be made to keep the disturbance from the renovations to a minimum, with the main work being carried out from between the hours of 10am and 6pm.	Room - 1	01.авг.11	15.дек.11
City Center Hotel – Managed by Pullman	The first phase of refurbishment which was limited to 11th, 10th & 9th floors is due to be completed by August 2011 as per the below schedule: • 10th floor will operational by August 7th 2011 • 11th floor will be operational by August 15th 2011 • The Executive lounge will be operational by August 30th 2011. And the 9th floor will be used as an empty “buffer” to limit disturbance. The work is still restricted to take place between 10:00hrs & 18:00hrs and maximum noise levels has been record at 85dB (equivalent to city traffic), reducing by 10dB for each descending floor. The second phase of room refurbishment which is limited to 8th, 7th & 6th floors will commence August, 7th until October, 16th 2011 with the 5th floors being used as an empty “buffer” to limit disturbance. Please note the swimming pool will be closed from, September, 15th till December, 31st 2011 and the SPA will close, from September 15th till January, 31st 2012. Refurbishment of all other public areas will commence from August 1st 2011 and will continue till February 2012. Holiday Inn Al Barsha	There is a small construction work next to the Coral Boutique located across the road which is approximately 200 meters away from the hotel. Both works do not affect the hotel's daily operations are the hotel is protected from the noise they cause. No complaints from the guests have been reported as of the moment. Dusit Thani Dubai	There are construction works going on around the hotel - the front side (50 meters away from the hotel) where RTA (Road and Transportation Authority) is finalizing the construction after the Dubai Metro line, from the left side and the back is the project of the business bay tunnel and street. Due to the soft construction works and due to the sound proof glass around the hotel rest assured no noise can be heard through the hotel premises. City Centre Hotel Managed by Pullman	The hotel has announced that they will be commencing the first phase of the Refurbishment of City Center Hotel to the New Pullman Dubai City Centre hotel from 20th Apr 2011. As of now, they will be starting their bedroom refurbishment incuding the Executive Loung on the 11th Floor. The Hotel will advise on a later stage when they will start the renovation of the public areas including Lobby, food & beverage outlets and meeting rooms. The hotel also advised that all the necessary precautions will be taken to minimize noise levels and for now there should be no heavy drilling or construction, thus the guests will experience minimal noise disruption. In view of the level of construction work going on in Dubai and the disturbance that this may cause
visitors, hotel establishments and tour operators must inform the customers in advance of any nearby
developments that may affect their stay. Such advice must also appear in your brochures and websites,
where practical.

Kindly note that under the European package travel regulations, the customer has the right to
withdraw from the contract without any penalty if the building work seriously affects their enjoyment.
We strongly advice you to familiarize yourself with the content of the above regulations.
